Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return, replacement, or refund only when an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is otherwise defective on arrival. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number along with a brief description and, where possible, supporting images of the issue.

Requests submitted after 7 days, or that do not relate to a defect present on arrival, are reviewed at our discretion and may be declined.

Approved returns require that the affected materials be retained and made available for return or inspection as directed. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or stored contrary to the provided guidance may not be eligible for a return unless the issue is a defect present on arrival.

If an order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect or missing item, contact us promptly with your order number. We will arrange a replacement, a refund, or another resolution appropriate to the situation. Do not dispose of the affected materials unless we instruct you to do so.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable period after the return or defect is confirmed. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from an error on our part or where required by applicable law.

For safety and research-integrity reasons, materials that have been opened, used, or that cannot be returned in a condition suitable for laboratory handling are non-returnable, except where a defect was present on arrival. Orders cancelled after payment has been confirmed and processing has begun are handled under the cancellations section of the Terms & Conditions rather than this policy.
