Shipping Policy

There is no minimum order requirement. Orders of any dollar amount may be placed.

• Merchandise subtotal under $300 USD — flat shipping charge of $15 USD.
• Merchandise subtotal of $300 USD or more — shipping is free.

The shipping charge is calculated from the merchandise subtotal and shown in the cart, at checkout, on the order confirmation, and on the payment receipt.

All orders are shipped within the United States only. We are unable to ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Orders are submitted in a payment-pending state. Processing and shipment begin after payment has been received and confirmed. Shipping is limited to destinations and terms consistent with the laboratory research scope of these materials.

• Orders must be received no later than Tuesday at 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time in order to be eligible to ship that Friday.
• This allows up to 3 business days for payment processing and confirmation prior to shipment.
• Shipping begins on Fridays.
• In-stock products will be prepared for shipment during the applicable Friday shipping cycle.

For items that are currently out of stock, customers should allow approximately 2–4 weeks from the order date to delivery.
