These Terms & Conditions, together with the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you (“customer” or “you”) and jRacks Research Sciences (“jRacks Research Sciences,” “we,” or “us”), the business entity operating the TG Scientific Products brand. By browsing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not place an order, create an account, or purchase any product from TG Scientific Products. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.

All products offered by TG Scientific Products are supplied strictly as research materials for laboratory research use by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. No product is offered for human or veterinary use or administration.

You affirm that you will not use, resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer any product for human or veterinary use. Any use contrary to this research-use scope is strictly prohibited and is a material breach of these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to place an order. You represent that you are a qualified professional or an authorized representative of an organization conducting laboratory research, and that you possess the knowledge, facilities, and authority to receive, handle, store, and use the materials in accordance with applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products after delivery, and for compliance with all laws, regulations, and institutional policies applicable to your research activities. jRacks Research Sciences is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or any use of the products outside their intended laboratory research scope.

Orders are submitted through the website. When you submit an order you receive an order number and a payment-pending confirmation. An order is not accepted as fulfilled until payment has been received and confirmed; see Section 6 (Payment).

There is no minimum order requirement; orders of any dollar amount may be placed. For orders delivered within the United States, a flat shipping charge of $15 USD applies when the merchandise subtotal is under $300 USD, and shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $300 USD or more.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at any time before shipment, including orders that we reasonably believe may be intended for use outside the laboratory research scope, that contain errors, or that we are unable to fulfill.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and apply to the product and strength variant selected. Where shown, a single-vial price applies to one vial and a standard kit price applies to a 10-vial kit. The same prices apply to all customers.

Privately distributed discount codes may reduce the price of an order. Only one discount code may be applied per order and codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to change prices; the prices in effect at the time you submit an order apply to that order.

Payment is made by Zelle, Cash App, or USDC (Solana network) as an approved manual transfer method. No card processor is connected, and no card details are collected on this website. Payment destinations are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.

Every order is submitted in a payment-pending state. An order remains payment pending until funds are received and confirmed by jRacks Research Sciences. Once payment is confirmed, the order status is updated and, where applicable, a payment receipt is issued. Fulfillment does not begin while an order is payment pending.

For U.S. orders, shipping is a flat $15 USD when the merchandise subtotal is under $300 USD, and free when the merchandise subtotal is $300 USD or more. Additional shipping policy details, including processing times and handling, are set out in the Shipping Policy. Shipping is limited to destinations and terms consistent with the research-use scope of these products.

You may request cancellation of an order while it is still in a payment-pending state. Because fulfillment does not begin until payment is received, cancellation requests submitted before payment confirmation are generally honored.

Once an order has been paid and processing has begun, cancellation is subject to our review and the Return & Refund Policy. To request a cancellation, contact us promptly and include your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded using the original payment method.

Because these products are laboratory research materials, returns are limited to orders that are damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective on arrival. Return eligibility, conditions, and refund timing are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable except where required by the Return & Refund Policy or applicable law.

The catalog reflects currently listed research products. Available inventory may extend beyond the products shown; if you are looking for a particular research product that is not listed, contact us to inquire about current availability.

All products are offered subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill an order, or part of an order, we will notify you and arrange a refund or alternative as appropriate. We may discontinue or limit products at any time without notice.

You agree that all products are for laboratory research use only and that you will not use, promote, label, resell, or distribute any product for human or veterinary use, or as a drug, food, dietary supplement, or cosmetic. You will not make any medical, therapeutic, disease-treatment, or health claim about any product.

You are responsible for any statements, representations, or claims you make about the products. jRacks Research Sciences makes no representation that any product is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority, and no product is offered for human or veterinary use.

The TG Scientific Products name, logo, monogram, branding, website content, and product listings are the property of jRacks Research Sciences and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any branding or content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Product names referenced on this site may include identifiers used within the research community and are used here for catalog identification only. Trademarks, if any, remain the property of their respective owners.

Products are supplied “as is” and “as available” for laboratory research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jRacks Research Sciences disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except for the limited research-use purpose stated in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jRacks Research Sciences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any damages arising from misuse, mishandling, or any use of the products outside their intended laboratory research scope. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

By submitting an order through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, that the products are being purchased for laboratory research use only, and that you will not use, resell, or distribute the products for human or veterinary use. Your submission of an order constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms for that order.
